Apple Bootcamp - dat is de reden
Hoewel MacOS al erg geavanceerd is, mist het Apple-besturingssysteem enkele functies in vergelijking met Windows. Daarom heeft Apple de Bootcamp-software ontwikkeld. U kunt Windows als volgt onder MacOS installeren:
- Hiervoor hebt u het ISO-bestand van het besturingssysteem nodig, dat u via Bootcamp kunt uitpakken en installeren. Nadat u uw Mac opnieuw hebt opgestart, zijn beide besturingssystemen beschikbaar.
- Bootcamp versie 5.1 ondersteunt 64-bit niet-enterprise edities van Windows. Dit omvat Windows 7, 8.0 en 8.1. De installatie van oudere versies van Windows is afhankelijk van de specificaties van uw Mac-computer.
- Via een hybride modus van de firmware en met behulp van een partitietabel kan de Mac schakelen tussen de twee besturingssystemen. Met andere woorden: bij het opstarten kunt u kiezen of u Windows of MacOS wilt gebruiken.
