Facebook: schending van auteursrechten E-mail - Wat te doen?
Als u een e-mail van Facebook hebt ontvangen wegens inbreuk op het auteursrecht, moet u opletten. We laten je zien waar het allemaal om draait.
Auteursrechtschending op Facebook: Pas op voor spam-mail
- Spam-e-mails circuleren momenteel namens Facebook. Het waarschuwt de exploitanten van Facebook-pagina's dat er in het verleden verschillende inbreuken op het auteursrecht op hun eigen site zijn geweest.
- Om zichzelf te verdedigen tegen de aantijgingen, moeten gebruikers een formulier op Facebook invullen. Via de link in de spammail land je eigenlijk op Facebook, maar in een Facebook-app die niet rechtstreeks van Facebook komt.
- De app is ontwikkeld door de oplichters en op Facebook geplaatst. Hierdoor ziet de mail er zeer betrouwbaar uit. Binnen de app wordt u echter gevraagd om uw naam, e-mailadres, uw eigen Facebook-pagina en uw wachtwoord in te voeren. Met deze gegevens kunnen de fraudeurs uw Facebook-pagina volledig overnemen.
Facebook-mail wegens inbreuk op het auteursrecht - wat te doen?
- Als u een dergelijke spam-e-mail van Facebook hebt ontvangen, moet u het bericht eenvoudig verwijderen. Zolang u geen gegevens via het formulier verstuurt, gebeurt er niets.
- Als dit al is gebeurd, moet u uw Facebook-wachtwoord onmiddellijk wijzigen (zie video-instructies hieronder). Na het proces wordt u gevraagd of u zich wilt afmelden bij alle apparaten. Bevestig dit verzoek met "Ja".
